2-10 Year Home Buyers Warranty 
ARONOV HOMES is a member of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program, which provides up to 10 years of coverage beginning on the day of closing. In addition to the standard one-year workmanship warranty, homeowners receive a two-year warranty on all major household systems, including air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems. This warranty also provides a 10-year structural warranty against defects to major load-bearing elements such as foundations, roof framing, floor framing, walls and beams.

One Year Warranty 
ARONOV HOMES covers the workmanship of your entire home for one year, including the following categories: site work, masonry, carpentry, structural, finishes, mechanical systems and electrical systems. Details on builder responsibility will be included in your copy of the ARONOV Homeowner's Handbook.

Termite Protection/Repair and Replacement Warranty 
Each new home is inspected by professionals to ensure that no termites are present. Homeowners will be provided with a letter from the inspecting company stating that the inspection was performed and that the home is termite free.
